"I was told by Alex that he could save me over $100 for my car insurance. I had Allstate at the time. So I switched. What a poor move by me. I paid my first month and never heard back from them. Poor communication from them. I finally called them to see what was up and they told me I would receive a bill for the following two months at one time. This was a blatant lie. I drive for Lyft, a RideShare company, and have to have extra insurance. I was told that there was a hiccup initially getting the endorsement for RideShare but it had been resolved. I never heard from them again. So I messaged them and was RUDELY emailed that my account was being canceled on 7/9 because they cannot get the endorsement for my vehicle. I am disgusted and disappointed. As far as I am concerned I was lied to and this place is NOT the place to do business with for car insurance."
